Our goal is to collaborate with restaurateurs, operators, and accountants to reduce labor costs, increase efficiency, and drive profit for our clients. Our platform is built to accommodate operators from independent restaurateurs to regional and national chains.\n\nOverview\n\nWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Manager to lead our clients through a successful onboarding journey. This is a critical client-facing role responsible for managing the entire implementation lifecycle, from project planning and execution to client training and go-live. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of software implementation best practices, excellent project management skills, and a passion for helping others succeed with technology.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nProject Management: Lead and manage multiple client implementations simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.\nClient Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase.
