Apply and become part of a team that is redefining the stay experience.Your Role The digital reception is at the heart of the traveler experience and the smooth operation of our operations. The team acts as a coordination center, accompanying travelers before, during, and after their stay to ensure a smooth, responsive, and memorable experience.Key Objectives Respond to travelers' requests with kindness and responsiveness; coordinate the logistics of the apartments (cleaning, check-ins, stock management); maintain our e-reputation; ensure clear and engaging communication with our travelers; collaborate with our on-site teams to guarantee quality service.Main Missions Customer Journey Register and centralize reservations, payments, and customer requests through dedicated tools;Follow up on stays: check-ins, check-outs, special requests, minor incidents, etc.;Plan the interventions of external service providers (cleaning, laundry, VTC, freelance receptionists);Place and follow up on orders (welcome products, consumables, linen, etc.);Operational Management Coordinate external housekeeping teams and ensure the proper execution of their missions;Forward intervention and maintenance requests to the Operations team;Ensure the reliability and updating of data in internal tools (PMS, Channel manager, business software);Contribute to the monitoring and improvement of traveler satisfaction (reviews, feedback, suggestions);Ensure the continuity of operations in the absence of the Zone Manager;Ensure the effective transmission of information between internal teams.Your Profile Holder of a minimum Bac+2 degree in hotel management, tourism, commerce, or equivalent;Fluent in English, both written and spoken;Very good level of French, both written and spoken;A good level of Spanish would be a plus!We are looking for a motivated, meticulous person ready to join a young, dynamic, and multicultural team.
