They are currently at a point of strategic growth, offering a unique path for a Senior Associate to eventually transition into a leadership role and take over an established book of business from a retiring partner.The RolesJunior Associate (1–3 years): Based in Irvine (Hybrid – 3 days onsite). You will receive direct, hands-on mentorship from seasoned trial attorneys and gain immediate exposure to complex litigation strategy.Senior Associate (5+ years): California Barred. The firm is open to diverse litigation backgrounds—including former Public Defenders or Criminal Defense attorneys—provided you have a strong desire for civil work and the ability to manage a caseload autonomously.Key Responsibilities & CultureManage and strategize a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters.Conduct high-level legal research and produce superior quality work product."Think outside the box" to uncover details or strategies that others might miss.Collaborate with a supportive, cohesive team that values a genuine, sincere interpersonal style.Qualifications1–7+ years of experience in civil litigation.Strong advocacy and negotiation abilities.Active member of the California State Bar.A team-player mentality with the ability to function well with high levels of autonomy.Salary and Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $250,000.
