You will repair, maintain, and continuously improve the functionality of material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the site.\n\n*Key Responsibilities*\n\n* Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.\n* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.\n* Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.\n* Complete and accurately document preventative maintenance activities.\n* Manage and maintain department inventory.\n* Build strong working relationships with operational and maintenance teams.\n* Perform additional duties as assigned.\n\n*Required Qualifications*\n\n* Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.\n* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).\n* Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience and/or training.\n* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).\n* Experience using powered and non-powered hand tools.\n* Ability to troubleshoot issues and follow established procedures related to routine maintenance, repairs, preventive measures, emergency responses, coordination, and safety compliance.\n* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, stooping, climbing stairs, and using ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.\n\n*Preferred Qualifications*\n\n* Associate degree or higher from a vocational school or college in a mechanical or electrical discipline.\n* 2+ years of apprenticeship or equivalent experience working with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.\n* Experience with MHE safety standards and OEM equipment.\n* Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).\n* 2+ years of experience with automated conveyor systems and controls.\n* 2+ years of experience performing predictive and preventive maintenance.\n* 2+ years of experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics.\n* 2+ years of knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.\n* 2+ years of demonstrated commitment to workplace safety standards.\n* 1+ year of experience troubleshooting and diagnosing MHE systems.\n\n*Benefits*\n\n* Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage\n* Disability benefits program\n* 401(k) with company match\n* Paid time off and holidays\n* Company-paid life insurance\n* Pet insurance\n* Paid parental leave\n\n*Why Join Our Client?*\n\nOur client is committed to employee growth and development.
