Title: Executive AssistantLocation: Hybrid role based in the Atlanta, GA area, supporting leaders both remotely and from the company’s Midtown Atlanta office. Periodic travel may be required.OverviewOur partner, a global consumer products organization, is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support multiple Vice Presidents within their organization.This is a high-visibility, highly confidential role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings structure and organization to complex priorities. The ideal candidate is polished, resourceful, highly organized, and capable of supporting multiple senior leaders while managing competing priorities with professionalism and urgency.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day executive support to multiple Vice Presidents within the R&D organizationManage complex and frequently shifting calendars, meetings, and domestic/international travel arrangementsCoordinate onsite, hybrid, and virtual meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zonesPrepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive communications with a high degree of accuracy and professionalismServe as a key point of coordination between executives, business partners, and external stakeholdersSupport leadership meetings, operating reviews, offsites, and cross-functional initiatives, including agendas, notes, and follow-up actionsHandle sensitive business and personnel matters with discretion and sound judgmentAssist with expense reporting, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and other operational administrative activitiesPartner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Operations to support onboarding, planning cycles, and internal processesAnticipate leadership needs, proactively solve problems, and help executives stay focused on strategic prioritiesQualifications5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or multiple leaders in a corporate or fast-paced business environmentProven ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously with strong attention to detailExceptional organizational, communication, and follow-through skillsStrong executive presence and professionalismHigh level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information appropriatelyAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and WordExperience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration tools preferredResourceful, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal oversightBachelor’s degree preferred
