Psychiatrist ME & Surrounding StatesImpact Health is looking for a Psychiatrist (Full Time) to join our team!!!Our service area will be ME & surrounding states!!!Impact Health is a nurse practitioner group serving skilled nursing facilities across the state with both medical and psychiatric care. Impact Mental Health has a full-time opening for a Connecticut board certified psychiatrist. The psychiatrist will provide psychiatric consultation evaluations supported by our team of APRNs, LCSWs, Psychologists, Medical Physicians, and Geriatricians. While providing a strong team atmosphere, Impact allows its providers to practice with autonomy and independence. We provide a full benefit package with a competitive salary and room to grow. Providers are allowed to create a schedule that works best for them and their assigned buildings within typical business hours, 8am - 5pm.Compensation and Benefits:Earning potential: $250,000–$310,000 (salary based on experience + easily achieved monthly bonuses)Flexible Schedule: Monday – Friday. No on-call, weekends, or holidays.Generous Paid Time Off401(k)Comprehensive Health BenefitsMalpractice insurance providedLicense reimbursement and CEU supportPaid training and onboardingOngoing education and clinical support, including physician-level consult accessAutonomy with support to deliver independent care with access to physician-level consults.Key Responsibilities:Provide person centered care using best practicesWork within a team of social workers, therapists, nurses, and physicians to coordinate care within Impact and the skilled nursing facilityProvide collaboration with medical team as neededSubmit required documentation within 24 hours of encounterAdhere to state regulations within SNF settingProvide assessment, diagnostic, and treatment servicesProvide consultation as needed to APRNs on the behavioral health teamProvide PEC and PC370 evaluations as neededQualifications:Active license to practice psychiatry in MaineExperience working with adults and older adultsStrong communication, assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills
