There is, however...\nDescription\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nEnsure every client has an exceptional experience by warmly greeting customers, thoroughly explaining our services and answering questions - proactively building a positive relationship with every client\nActively promote Pause services, packages and memberships based upon the needs of the client and mastery of the Pause wellness philosophy.\nAssist with studio outreach initiatives and events.\nAssist in the management of our POS/appointment booking software\nMaintain a high level of aesthetic throughout the studio by inspecting and cleaning our service rooms pre/post use. Maintain a high level of cleanliness through the studio including reception and restrooms.\nProvide excellent complimentary towel/linen service to guests by staying on top of all studio laundry.\nREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nOne year of experience in fitness, wellness, customer service or related field.\nHigh School graduate or equivalent.\nESSENTIAL SKILLS\nStrong customer service and troubleshooting skills\nExcellent communication skills\nSales\nHighly organized and able to multi-task\nTime management\nCOMPETENCIES\nPeople lover\nPassionate about physical and mental fitness, wellness and recovery\nManage a variety of responsibilities at the same time and achieving results on time\nUtilize considerable judgment, independent action and initiative to analyze and resolve problems and make or develop recommendations\nDemonstrate high levels of organization and attention to detail\nMultitask with ease in energy filled, high pressure environment\nKeep up-to-date on knowledge specific to Pause\nDemonstrate a willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ENVIRONMENT:\nRequires a wide range of constant physical activities, including but not limited to: sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reaching\nFrequent repetitive movements.\nRequires close, distance, peripheral vision and depth perception\nContinuous exposure to moderate noise\nFrequent walking and standing on hard surfaces\nFrequent movement, lifting or carrying of weight up to 50 pounds\nFrequent use of chemicals, including solvents, lubricants, adhesives, paints, and cleaners\nPOSITION TYPE\nMust have weekend availability\nOTHER DUTIES\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
