This position is onsite in Camp Springs, Maryland and requires a Top-Secret clearance.\n\nEssential Duties\n\nThe Lead Developer provides senior DevSecOps leadership under this task order, directing developers and IT operations staff in planning and executing code releases across multiple environments. The position designs, creates, and implements systems software and infrastructure components; builds and maintains automated CI/CD pipelines using common automation, build, and deployment tools; and embeds security controls into build, test, and deployment workflows. The Lead Developer analyzes operational and performance data, drives process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency, and coordinates work across development, operations, and security teams.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\nRelevant Experience: 5 years\n Bachelor's degree required\nUSCIS Experience\nDHS Suitability\nDeveloped and deployed AI/ML/LLMs solutions\nManage Developer teams\nExperience utilizing automation tools for software builds, testing, and deployments.\n\nProfessional Competencies:\n\nAbility to communicate complex technical details clearly to diverse audiences\nStrong skills in translating technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders\n\nApplication Deadline: 11-27-2026\n\n# CJPost\n\nThe SMX salary determination process takes into account a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education and certifications.
