As one of our dynamic early learning professionals, you will ensure our program provides hands-on, developmentally appropriate educational activities, enriched and inviting indoor and outdoor classroom environments, and work with a team of child development professionals to create a positive early learning experience for children and their families.\nHOURS:\n40 hours per week, 12 months.\nHours vary depending on location.\nMust be available to work between the hours of 7:15am to 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday.\nPrograms are open year-round.\nHours, schedules and locations are subject to change when school is not in session based on the needs of the program.\nLOCATIONS: Santa Clara Unified School District Early Learning Programs have infant and preschool teacher assistant positions at\nAgnew\nHughes\nSALARY RANGE: $19.53-$23.26 per hour\nSalary based on education, child development permit, and experience\nCandidates with a valid CA Teacher Permit are placed on a higher pay scale (an additional 5% which is reflected in the pay range above)\nBenefits include: Sick and Vacation Leave, Holiday pay, Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement-California Public Employee Retirement System (CalPERs)\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n3 or more college semester credits or equivalent quarter units in Early Childhood or Child Development education at an accredited or approved college or university.
