The role is designed for those who wish to advance to Shareholder, characterized by a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to be a vital team member.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review tax returns for individuals, fiduciaries, partnerships, and corporations.Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services.Manage accounting services and client accounts for a variety of individuals and businesses.Prepare and review client financial reports.Deliver general business and management advisory services.Collaborate directly with firm shareholders as needed.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)CPA license (or actively pursuing) requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in public accountingStrong technical knowledge of tax law and complianceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationshipsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with the CCH ProSystem Fx Tax Suite and QuickBooks considered an asset.Independent and proactiveHigh cognitive, emotional, and social intelligenceWhy Join Us?At J.
