You will be joining a team of highly dedicated IT professionals that thrive for new challenges daily, as well as a company that demonstrates the greatest care for its employees and has a record of accomplishment for sound business decisions.\n\nLocation: Reading, PA\nThe Fun Stuff\nThe epic things you'll be working on:\nRequired to create or choose an approach or procedure from a variety of complex options for addressing a work task.\nWorks independently to develop web portals, code as well as test development efforts.\nPresents all work in design review and code review sessions to team members as needed, and must be able to explain and support decisions made and actions taken.\nProduce Motion Graphics video using Adobe After Effects.\nProduce Live Action Video using Adobe Premiere Pro.\nPerforms Graphic Design functions.\nProduce Marketing Brochures and materials as requested.\nInterfaces with Sales and Marketing, and senior management to clarify requirements.\nAssists other members in a team environment.\nEvaluates and plans site designs, test results and related materials.\nReviews literature and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects.\nPrograms new web portals and applications and support those applications under development and the customization of current applications.\nSupports existing web applications and new web applications under development.\nDisplays knowledge of engineering methodologies, concepts, skills, and their application in the area of specified engineering specialty.\nDisplays knowledge of, and ability to apply, process design and redesign skills.\nAnalyzes and determines integration needs.\nDisplays in-depth knowledge of, and ability to apply, project management skills.\nConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.\nOther duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nWorking with Vendors to support web applications and environments\nEngineering and Deployment of web portal improvements.\nDeliver patching and system performance enhancements to new, under development, and existing web portals and related applications.\n\nThe Right Stuff\nSome of the qualities we like to see in our team members:\nWeb Development with WordPress or other CMS is preferred.\nStrong development experience using HTML5, CSS, PHP, and related web languages.\nExperience in Graphic Design is preferred.\nExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred.\nExperience with various web development tools and IDE environments.\nUnderstanding of fundamental web service technologies including API utilization and REST.\nUnderstanding the basics of Windows/Linux operating systems.\nExperience with Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL is preferred.\nHaving worked in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical development role\nExcellent decision making and critical-thinking skills\nAn ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment\nExcellent organizational and communication skills are required\nAbility to meet deadlines with Projects and Assignments\nAbility to learn and support new technologies and train others\nSome regional travel may be required – all expenses paid\nParticipate in an on-call rotation schedule\nMust own or lease a well-maintained motor vehicle\nMust be an energetic and highly motivated self-starter\nMust be self-motivated and have a positive attitude\nMust be detail oriented\nMust have the ability to multi-task\nMust have excellent oral and written communication skills\nMust have the ability to communicate effectively with others\nStuff We Offer\n\nIndustry competitive salary based on education, capabilities, and experience.\nComprehensive Health Insurance\nPrescription Coverage\nDental Coverage\nVision Coverage\nShort-Term Disability\n401K Retirement Plan\nPaid Time Off\nPaid Training and Certification Testing\nStuff You Should Do\n\nForward -
