POSITION SUMMARY: This position is based out of our South Carolina production facility. Please only apply if you're within reasonable commuting distance from Manning, South Carolina. The Bicycle Assembler performs repetitive work station or line assembly operations to assemble bicycle components, with a high focus on quality. Perform setup and changeover of workstation. Perform quality checks on products and parts. Review work orders and procedures to ensure work is performed according to specifications. Assemble components by examining connections for fit and fastening parts and subassemblies. Perform repetitive assembly operations manually, using hand or power tools, and using machinery. Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process. Ability to lift up to 40lb regularly. Demonstrate team-oriented attitude through actions and conduct. Meet or exceed productivity standards. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Must be 18 years or older. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic math skills with the ability to accurately count components. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience in a production, or similar, environment. Demonstrated reliability.
