In 2021, Delta was also recognized by CDP with leadership level ratings for its substantial contribution to climate change and water security issues and named Supplier Engagement Leader for its continuous development of a sustainable value chain.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSystem Integration & Validation\n\nPlan, execute, and document system integration testing for hardware and software.\nValidate interoperability between components within data center environments.\nTest end-to-end workflows including connectivity, redundancy, and failover scenarios.\n\nTesting & Quality Assurance\n\nDevelop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and validation procedures.\nConduct functional, performance, stress, and regression testing.\nIdentify, document, and track defects; support root-cause analysis.\nUse monitoring and diagnostic tools to verify performance and identify bottlenecks.\n\nDeployment Support\n\nSupport pre-deployment staging and post-deployment validation activities.\nEnsure systems meet performance, reliability, and compliance requirements.\nCollaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve integration or performance issues.\n\nDocumentation & Reporting\n\nMaintain accurate records of test results, integration procedures, and configurations.\nProvide regular progress updates, test metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\n3–7 years of experience in data center engineering, testing, or system integration.\nStrong knowledge of data center power and/or cooling infrastructure.\nFamiliarity with testing equipment and methodologies.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.\nPay Range: USD $120,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
