This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and technical expertise are highly valued.\nResponsibilities\nAssemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using hand tools, soldering equipment, and surface mount technology techniques.\nInterpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate component placement and wiring.\nBuild electrical panels and electro-mechanical assemblies following detailed schematic diagrams and blueprint specifications.\nConduct soldering operations in accordance with IPC 610 standards, ensuring high-quality electrical connections.\nUse testing tools such as ohmmeters to verify circuit integrity and troubleshoot assembly issues.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot assembly problems and implement corrective actions.\nMaintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.\nAssist in the development of process improvements related to electronics assembly procedures.\nRequirements\nProven experience in electronics assembly, including PCB soldering, surface mount technology, and electrical wiring.\nStrong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.\nFamiliarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical schematic reading, and blueprint specifications.\nProficiency with hand tools, soldering equipment, and testing devices such as ohmmeters.\nKnowledge of IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies is highly desirable.\nExperience with electrical panel building, mechanical assembly, and electro-mechanical component integration.\nAbility to troubleshoot engineering issues related to electrical or mechanical assemblies effectively.\nBasic machining skills are a plus for component handling or fixture adjustments.\nAttention to detail with excellent manual dexterity and organizational skills.\nThis position is integral to our manufacturing operations, ensuring the delivery of reliable, high-quality electronic products.
