You'll work directly with the founder, manage day-to-day agency relationships, track deliverables, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between now and launch.The brand is single-product, direct-to-consumer, drop model. Everything is in motion — creative agency signed, production underway, shoot scheduled for late August. What we need is someone who can hold it all together.What You'll DoDay-to-day management of creative agency relationship — attending status calls, tracking deliverables against SOW, following up in writing after every meetingCoordinate across all vendors including production, photography, styling, and talentManage talent negotiation logistics with agency representativesTrack all timelines and flag risks before they become problemsEscalate to the founder only when decisions are neededKeep everything organized so the founder can focus on the brandWhat We're Looking ForAgency-side experience — you've worked inside a creative or branding agency and know how to hold one accountableFashion or luxury background preferredNYC-based, available June through NovemberNaturally firm — you don't need to be liked, you need to be respectedHighly organized, proactive, comfortable working autonomouslySomeone who has done this before and can hit the ground runningWhat This Is NotThis is not a creative director role. This is not ongoing beyond November 2026 unless there's mutual interest.
