The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position.\r\nWhat You Will Do: Review all new jobs prior to being set up, including prints, programs, material, tooling, fixtures, collets and holders to ensure no interruptions at set up\r\nStudy parts, blueprints, drawings and engineering information to determine methods and sequence of CNC machining operations\r\nPerform in-process inspections to assure products will meet requirements using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gages\r\nDetermine reference points, machine cutting paths, compute angular and linear dimensions, radii and curvatures\r\nDetermine proper tooling and fixturing requirements of machining operations, including tooling speed and feed rates\r\nMonitor and adjust feeds and speeds as necessary\r\nObserve and simulate CNC trial runs to eliminate program errors and eliminate machine crashes\r\nCompare program code to original part specifications to verify accuracy\r\nModify existing programs to enhance production efficiency\r\nVerify parts meet drawing specifications\r\nInspect own work and machined parts to detect and correct errors\r\nPerform proper set up procedures as needed\r\nSubmit status reports to management on progress of assigned projects\r\nPerform program troubleshooting, problem identification and resolution\r\nMonitor tool life and tool wear to detect potential problems; develop and implement solutions\r\nDevelop, document and deliver training to operators, Team Leaders, maintenance and others\r\nMaintain CNC back-up programs\r\nProvide support to maintenance, operators and quality in problem resolution;
