Data entry associates are expected to learn to distinguish cannabis products available across all regional markets. This role will operate in a high-volume queue based environment, and will adapt quickly to change, while maintaining a positive attitude.\r\nThe impact you'll make\r\nInterpret and process cannabis related product information on Weedmaps listings\r\nManage multiple data sources to inform accurate decisions\r\nObserve and report inconsistencies in menu data that may create a poor customer experience\r\nCollaborate with teammates to resolve questions and remove obstacles\r\nAdhere to data security best practice and maintain confidentiality of internal information\r\nReview, interpret and enter data electronically quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high degree of detail & accuracy\r\nFollow a Curator's Standard Operating Procedures and report out daily progress\r\nIdentify and communicate suggested process improvements to increase efficiencies in workflow\r\nTake direction from management and pivot quickly when priorities shift\r\nWhat you've accomplished\r\n1 year of data entry experience in sales, customer support, or other high-volume operational teams in a queue environment\r\nDemonstrated ability to communicate and present with diverse range of stakeholders\r\nQuality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire during discrepancies\r\nStrong time management, organization, and attention to detail\r\nAbility to operate at an accelerated, iterative pace in a dynamic environment, while adhering to strict deadlines\r\nAbility to work continuously on WM's various online platforms\r\nExperience in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)\r\nExperience with great attention to detail, having worked in a role that requires inputting information correctly\r\nExperience in performing against daily productivity goals\r\nSelf starting mentality and willingness to take initiative in delivering team goals\r\nBonus points\r\nPrevious cannabis industry experience/knowledge of cannabis industry, brands and products\r\nPrevious experience as a budtender or similar role\r\nFamiliarity with Salesforce\r\nExperience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools\r\nThe base pay range for this position is $18.60 - $20.00 per hour\r\nBenefits\r\nMedical, Dental & Vision benefits:\r\nEmployee - employer paid premium 100%\r\nFor plans that offer coverage to your dependents, you pay a small contribution\r\nPaid sick time eligibility\r\n401(k) eligibility after 1 year of service to the company\r\nWeedmaps is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
