We're dedicated to fostering an inclusive, purpose-driven, and innovative work environment where everyone belongs.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nExpertise and proficiency in multiple technologies and/or domain\nDevelop, test and maintain a scalable web and responsive applications\nDesign and develop scalable and reliable automated test frameworks\nCollaborate with agile team members on achieving Sprint deliverables\nImplement new features and perform code reviews\nResearch and resolve complex problems as they arise\nUsing engineering best practices, design, develop, analyze test plans and strategies to meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability and security needs\nMentor Software Engineers (I)\nConsistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS’ policies, procedures, and core competencies\n\nQualifications\n\nAdvanced proficiency with Java\nProficiency with several basic design patterns including Factory Method, Singleton, and Adapter patterns\nProficiency in one or more of the following; JSP, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Redux, Hibernate and Spring\nStrong understanding of test automation tools, such as Selenium Webdriver\nKnowledge of Java or JavaScript testing frameworks, such as JUNIT, TestNG, JEST, Jasmine or similar\nFirm understanding of software engineering practices, philosophies and techniques\nUnderstanding of Agile/SCRUM techniques\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively\nAbility to work effectively within a fast paced, changing environment that is going through high growth\nA self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative, who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend actions\nStrong results orientation\n\nPreferred\n\nEducation/Certifications/Licenses Required\n\nMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other technical degree and 1 years of software engineering experience.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other technical degree and 2 years of experience developing recruiting software or 3 years of software engineering experience.\n\nIn lieu of bachelor’s or technical degree, we will accept 2 additional years of software engineering experience.\n\nEEO Statement\n\niCIMS is a place where everyone belongs.
