Leasing Consultant Part Time
Woodruff Property Management Company is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Part-time Leasing Professional to support the marketing, leasing, and resident retention efforts of the community. This position is responsible for executing leasing strategies, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a strong digital and in-person presence, and contributing to the overall success and occupancy of the property.Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing & Resident ServicesServe as the first point of contact—answer phones, greet all walk-ins, and respond promptly to internet leads and voicemailsLease apartments to qualified prospects, guide them through the leasing process, and conduct tours (in-person and virtual)Enter and manage packages in the Entrata package logCheck and respond to "Resident Contact" messages in Entrata throughout the dayFollow up on resident service requests to ensure completion and satisfactionFollow up on special projects for residents and assist the Property Manager as neededSubmit monthly resident birthday list and coordinate retention and engagement effortsMarketing & ReportingSubmit and maintain:Monthly market comparable reportsMonthly shopper’s reportMonthly sex offender checksPool logs, freon logs, and pool photos every ThursdayMonthly maintenance shop photosMarketing calendar by the last day of each month“Follow-Up Friday” tracker if property is below 95% occupancyTake marketing materials to local businesses and build community partnershipsCreate and distribute the monthly resident newsletter via email by the 1st of each monthMonitor and update the property’s website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms dailyCreate and post engaging daily content, including video tours and live videosCoordinate, schedule, and lead resident retention and marketing events, including virtual eventsEnsure printed media is always updated, stocked, and displayed properlyMonitor and respond to online reviews and social media messagesOrder marketing materials as needed and maintain adequate supplyQualifications & SkillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsOrganized, self-motivated, and detail-orientedComfortable with creating video content and using social media platforms professionallyKnowledge of Entrata software is a plusDependability and a positive attitude are a mustAbility to work weekends and participate in property events as neededPhysical RequirementsAbility to walk properties, conduct apartment tours, and assist with move-ins/move-outsFrequent standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs)Ability to use a computer, phone, and office equipment for extended periodsWoodruff Property Management Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) and a Drug-Free Workplace.
