We are currently looking for an experienced IT professional seeking to build and expand on their existing skill set while contributing to the growth and continued success of the Company.\nAs a Support Engineer, you will work individually and with fellow team members to provide support across multiple clients. You must be self-driven and comfortable multi-tasking with the ability to solve end user issues in a timely and professional manner. You will demonstrate strong technical aptitude and experience working in varied environments with servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, VoIP services and wired/wireless network devices and configurations. You will be adaptive, flexible and a dedicated problem-solver.\nRequirements\nMinimum of 2 years of progressive IT support experience in a help desk equivalent capacity\nProven knowledge of Windows/Mac OS X operating systems\nMicrosoft 365 and Active Directory administration and support experience\nStrong understanding of network concepts and technologies (TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, etc.)\nSmartphone device configuration, management, and troubleshooting experience\nFamiliarity with using GPOs, Powershell, and scripting\nAvailable to work after hours and/or weekends\nAbility to travel within the SF Bay Area\nQualifications\nExcellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills\nStrong customer service orientation and enjoy working with end users\nAbility to effectively manage client and peer expectations\nA team player willing to learn and share knowledge amongst team members\nBenefits\nExcellent 401k with annual company contributions\nMedical and Dental – company pays 100% of base plans\nVision Care plan\nPre-Tax commuter benefits\nPaid Time Off (vacation, sick, public holidays)\nTraining and development\nSalary\n$75k - $90k, commensurate with experience\nNovani, LLC is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
