Engineer\nJob Responsibilities:\nManage/Supervise all levels of project engineers, project managers, Field Technicians and project coordinators within the office/region\nProvides managerial direction and supervisory role to develop, manage, promote, and integrate all aspects of regional department operations to meet client needs and achieve department and company objectives\nMentor and develop strong project structural engineering leads and future structural managers emphasizing NB+C culture\nServes as the Structural Engineering Subject Matter Expert in cross-functional projects\nProvide guidance and training to junior level engineers\nResponsible for accuracy and meeting deadlines on engineering deliverables.\nPerform/implement QA/QC procedures on all reports and drawings deliverables\nPerform/manage structural engineering tasks and manage projects as needed\nResponsible for project's budget and profit & loss management for the regional team\nStrategically hires and trains staff to meet department goals and objectives\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Structural Engineering with emphasis on Steel, Concrete and Structural Analysis required\nMaster's and/or PhD is a plus\nPE required, SE License is a plus\nMust have NCEES active record and ability to get registered in multiple states at any given time\n8+ years of related work experience managing multiple projects with progressive growth\nKnowledge and proficiency in software systems: RISA 3D, Enercalc, tnxTower, AutoCAD & MathCAD is required\nExperience with analysis and design, with emphasis on constructability and serviceability, with a variety of structural materials, components and systems\nExtensive technical experience and knowledgeable in Civil, Structural and Geotechnical principles, as well as applicable design guides and standards is required\nKnowledgeable in industry and technology trends\nKnowledgeable in construction practices and
