Because when you look good, you feel good.We are currently seeking Consultants who are interested in a rewarding med spa career.Annual base starting salary range: 40k-60k + bonus eligibleRequirementsResponsibilitiesConduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals and overall well-beingStay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clientsAchieve sales targets through consultative sellingAssisting clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatmentsConfident and competent consulting and completion of comprehensive treatment plansHonor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to careMust be available full-time with open availability including Fridays and SaturdaysSkillsPrevious experience in a similar role within the aesthetic or retail industry is highly desirableExcellent Client Service SkillsProven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through consultative sellingAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of health and safety guidelines and proceduresKind and professionalResponsible and compassionateStrong organizational and multi-tasking skills
