You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and compliant solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop backend systems using C# / .NET CoreDevelop frontend systems using AngularBuild and support integrations using HL7 v2, FHIR, and DICOMWork with PACS, RIS, and Vendor Neutral Archives (VNA)Design scalable REST APIsOptimize system performance in high-volume healthcare environmentsEnsure compliance with HIPAA, data security, and healthcare regulationsParticipate in SDLC, Agile development, and code reviewsTroubleshoot integration, data integrity, and system performance issuesQualifications2–4 years of backend development experience (C#, .NET, API development)2–4 years of frontend development experience (Angular)Experience with SQL Server / relational databasesFamiliarity with healthcare IT, EHR/EMR integration, or medical imaging systems preferredKeywords (for search visibility)Healthcare Software • C# • .NET Core • HL7 • FHIR • DICOM • PACS • VNA • Medical Imaging • Interoperability • API • SQL Server • HIPAA • Backend Development • CI/CD • Agile
