Immediate opening! Long term, full time opportunity available!\n\n*Machine Technician Duties:*\n\n* The Machine Technician must be proficient in the basic operation of card conversion cell equipment.\n* Operator will load, and operate all equipment in a card cell and make basic machine adjustments as required.\n* Will be proficient in changing wrapper film and tear tape and in making minor adjustments to the slitting knives and in making tooling adjustments on the Ruge & Singer which includes changing chisels and anvils when required to maintain cut quality.\n* Performs simple repairs and makes changes to set-up parameters in order to compensate for changes in material and sheet registration.\n* Assists in set-up activities which includes but is not limited to changing cutter shafts, ME tooling and adjusting conveyors, scales, guides, rails and setting feeder and machine parameters.\n* Maintains Production, Quality, Safety and TPM standards.\n* Maintains accurate records, generates required production/safety/quality documents and performs good receipt activities in SAP.\n* Performs material handling duties required to support the card conversion processes.\n* Trains new card conversion operators as required.\n* Must communicate effectively with team members and with Supervision/Group Leader.
