Lean Implementation in Warehouse & Shopfloor\n\nLead implementation of Lean methodologies such as:\n\n5S\n\nValue Stream Mapping (VSM)\n\nDrive continuous improvement culture across operations\n\nMeasure and track Lean KPIs (cycle time, lead time, waste reduction, efficiency)\n\n5.
