You will be working collaboratively with a talented and diverse team of product strategists, UX/UI designers, and software engineers. And that starts with you.\nWhat You'll Do\nDriving agile product design & development and guiding the overall creation and release of nascent end-to-end digital products\nOwning communication and collaboration for various project areas: design members, engineering teams, marketing partners, and product leadership.\nWork with the Product team to create, guide, and communicate project plans and business goals to ensure alignment and drive convergent implementation.\nManage the project scopes and deadlines, overseeing a sustainable workflow for your team while keeping focus on the key client objectives.\nAlongside leadership, help establish scopes of work and document detailed requirements, ensuring the accuracy of all project deliverables against approved requirements and scope.\nEngage directly with clients and manage account details, project scopes, and relationships.\nQualifications\n5+ years of experience, preferably within a product or agency environment, implementing and launching user-centric software application solutions.\nEnd-to-end software development lifecycle experience across multiple digital platforms (mobile applications a plus).\nA firm grip on agile project management methodologies, and flexible implementation methods to hit milestones and deadlines.\nAbility to build strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients, motivating and mentoring your teams along the way.\nStrong PM organizational skills. You’ll be maintaining product backlogs that rely on detailed acceptance criteria to support the development lifecycle.\nYou’re an inspirational team player.
