This is a hands-on position ideal for a senior-level developer who thrives on clean code, strong user experience, and close collaboration with creative and marketing teams with a variety of clients.\r\nYou'll be responsible for guiding web development from planning through launch, partnering with a small technical team and stakeholders across design and strategy. This role also involves mentoring a junior developer, shaping development processes, and driving performance and SEO improvements across various web platforms.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nIntegrate content management systems (CMS), including headless and traditional platforms, via RESTful and GraphQL APIs\r\nMaintain and enhance existing websites built on legacy CMS platforms\r\nCollaborate with design teams to ensure faithful, high-quality implementation of UI designs\r\nOptimize websites for load speed, accessibility, search engines, and overall performance\r\nDeploy websites using modern hosting tools and infrastructure\r\nEstablish coding best practices and provide technical mentorship to junior developers\r\nStay current with development trends and bring forward innovative solutions\r\nWork alongside marketing and analytics teams to support tracking and data-driven initiatives\r\nQualifications\r\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in a front-end development role, preferably in a fast-paced or agency-style environment\r\nFamiliarity with content management systems, especially those that use headless architecture\r\nUtilized Web APIs, server-side concepts, and database interactions\r\nExperience working with legacy platforms such as WordPress, including customization and plugin use\r\nSolid grasp of responsive design and UX/UI best practices\r\nProficiency in version control systems like Git and deployment workflows\r\nSelf-starter with excellent troubleshooting and prioritization skills\r\nPreferred Experience\r\nWorking knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization\r\nExperience with A/B testing platforms and analytics integration\r\nExposure to marketing concepts such as conversion optimization and landing page design\r\nAbility to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver data-informed enhancements\r\nTECHEAD's mission is to make our on-site associates successful by placing them in the right environment so they can grow and prosper.
