This Full Stack Developer demonstrates a high level of expertise and professionalism, applies modern development practices and AI tools—we are a Claude Code shop—to deliver quality software efficiently, and serves as a mentor to their peers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, build, and maintain highly scalable software systems using .NET (ASP.NET Core / .NET 8+, preferably C#)Maintain internal and external-facing web applicationsUse Claude Code assisted development to accelerate delivery and improve code quality, and help evaluate where AI capabilities can enhance company applicationsDesign, consume, and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party integrations to transport data between systemsMake regular modifications to existing software for error correction and to improve overall function and performanceCreate database objects, write queries, and perform other functions using SQL ServerCreate reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BICollaborate with users, other developers, and subject matter experts to gather information and requirements; determine feasibility, limitations, and capabilities; and design user interfacesUse version control and participate in code review to maintain a healthy, collaborative codebasePerform all other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
