The Program Support Analyst / Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring projects remain on track, data is accurate and accessible, and management has the information needed to make informed decisions.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nTrack project and program status, schedules, deliverables, and action items.\nMaintain and update spreadsheets, databases, trackers, and other program-related files.\nOrganize and maintain electronic and hard-copy files in accordance with established procedures.\nPrepare, gather, and analyze data to support reports, briefings, and management decision-making.\nReview incoming reports and highlight issues, inconsistencies, or items requiring management attention.\nPrepare draft reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal or external stakeholders.\nAssist in assessing reporting requirements and identifying opportunities for process improvement.\nCoordinate meetings, prepare materials, document outcomes, and track follow-up actions.\nServe as a point of contact for routine project- or program-related inquiries and information requests.\nManagement Analyst:\nProvide analytical support for management and program functions, including compliance with DOE guidelines.\nConduct basic analysis of project costs, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.\nInterface with DOE-ID/HQ financial personnel regarding program budgets, funding, and reporting.\nAid in reconciliation of DOE financial data from multiple sources, including STARS and PICS:NE.\nSynthesize data from multiple sources and provide actionable recommendations to management.\nAssist in designing and implementing business processes to improve program efficiency.\nSupport development of reports for DOE-ID and DOE-NE/HQ management, presenting information in a logical, persuasive manner.\nProject Coordinator:\nSupport project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.\nFacilitate communication among project teams and stakeholders.\nAssist with project documentation management, including tracking changes, revisions, and approvals.\nCoordinate project logistics, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials.\nMonitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule.\nProvide basic assistance to program/project teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nEducation: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.\nExperience: A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.\n\nSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:\nCore Skills & Knowledge: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
