Company Description Champions for Cures is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness and funds for the fight against cancer. Role Description The Growth & Operations Manager will lead the strategic growth initiatives and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission to fight cancer. Responsibilities include planning and executing fundraising events, managing donor relationships, developing operational strategies, and tracking key performance metrics. The role will also involve collaborating with stakeholders and promoting organizational growth through community engagement and partnerships. This hybrid role is based in Westchester, IL, with some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications Experience in strategic planning, project coordination, and operational managementStrong skills in fundraising, donor relationship management, and event planningProficiency in marketing, public relations, and community engagement initiativesExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM platforms)Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentPassion for nonprofit work and dedication to the organization’s missionBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Nonprofit Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
