Job Description Mental Health practice seeks PER DIEM SOCIAL WORKER, LMSW/LCSW/IMHC to work flexible hours with seven people at four separate homes; two family sibling groups of 3 and 2, as well as 2 individuals. Some telehealth and screenings for other programs a possibility. Pay is per diem and can vary depending on experience. Personal liability insurance a must.
