Then get ready to join the Röchling Automotive team and become part of the next chapter in our history At our Duncan, SC location we are searching for a:\nProject Manager\nWhere we need you\nGeneral Description:\nManage the full project lifecycle from project order to post-SOP closure.\nEnsure project delivery in terms of timing, cost, and quality.\nDevelop, maintain, and update project plans and reports.\nLead communication with customers, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nCoordinate and lead cross-functional (matrix) project teams.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks in accordance with RA procedures and RAMP guidelines.\nTrack open points and ensure timely resolution.\nLead customer meetings, including critical discussions and negotiations.\nDrive project optimization through change management.\nCapture and apply lessons learned.\nEnsure successful project handover to plant operations.\nHow to convince us\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)\n5+ years of experience in a similar Project Management role.\nExperience in the automotive industry, preferably working with OEM customers.\nStrong background in injection molding processes and plastic materials.\nProven experience leading cross-functional or matrix teams.\nExperience in customer interaction, negotiation, and stakeholder management.\nSolid understanding of budget control and financial aspects of projects.\nExperience in production/manufacturing environments.\nExcellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.\nStrong logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nStrong communication and negotiation skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively and effectively lead teams.\nAbility to quickly understand and learn technical project-related aspects.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).\nDo you meet the qualifications?
