This position is crucial for ensuring accurate evaluations and enhancing the quality of healthcare services we provide.****SMT is offering a Sign on Bonus of up to $10,000 for this position.***** *No call, no weekends, and no holidays** *Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance** *Opportunity to cross-train (ARRT)** *MondayFriday schedule**Requirements: ** CNMT or AART certification* BLS certification* Clean driving record* Willing to train ARRT Technologist for position*Responsibilities** Perform nuclear medicine scans and procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols.* Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients as per established guidelines.* Conduct PET scans and other diagnostic evaluations to assist in patient diagnosis.* Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient information for quality assurance.* Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to interpret scan results effectively.* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a sterile environment during procedures.* Educate patients about the procedures they will undergo to alleviate concerns and ensure cooperation.* Stay updated on advancements in nuclear medicine technology and best practices.*Qualifications** Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist from an accredited institution.* Strong knowledge of medical imaging techniques and nuclear medicine protocols.* Proficient understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.* Experience with PET scanning technology is preferred but not mandatory.* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams.* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.* Familiarity with aseptic techniques and safety regulations in medical settings is essential.*Ability to Commute:** Bemidji, MN(Required)*Ability to Relocate: ** Bemidji, MN: Relocate before starting work.
