We are looking for an energetic and motivated Stretch Practitioner to join our growing team and provide exceptional assisted stretching sessions while helping create an outstanding experience for every client.\nIf you have a background in kinesiology, exercise science, athletic training, personal training, massage therapy, physical therapy, or sports performance, we'd love to meet you.\nResponsibilities\nPerform one-on-one assisted stretching sessions tailored to each client's mobility and recovery goals.\nEducate clients on the benefits of stretching, mobility, and recovery.\nBecome knowledgeable on all RECVR recovery modalities, including:\nHyperbaric Oxygen Therapy\nRed Light Therapy\nCompression Therapy\nPEMF Therapy\nOther recovery technologies offered at RECVR\nRecommend memberships and recovery packages that best fit each client's needs.\nBuild lasting relationships with members while delivering exceptional customer service.\nMaintain accurate client notes and treatment recommendations.\nFacility Responsibilities\nDuring downtime between appointments, team members are expected to:\nKeep the facility clean, organized, and presentation-ready at all times.\nSanitize stretching tables and recovery equipment.\nRestock towels, supplies, and amenities throughout the facility.\nAssist with general cleaning and organization to ensure an exceptional client experience.\nHelp prepare treatment areas for upcoming appointments.\nSupport fellow team members and contribute to daily facility operations.\nQualifications\nExperience in assisted stretching, personal training, athletic training, massage therapy, kinesiology, exercise science, physical therapy, or a related field preferred.\nStrong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and human movement.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nPassion for fitness, recovery, and helping others improve their performance.\nProfessional appearance and positive attitude.\nAbility to work independently while thriving in a team environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAthletic or sports performance background.\nExperience working with athletes or active individuals.\nNASM Stretch & Flexibility Certification or similar credential.\nDegree or current enrollment in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or Physical Therapy.\nExperience with manual therapy techniques is a plus.\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive hourly pay (based on experience)\n10% commission on all memberships and recovery packages personally sold\nKeep 100% of your tips (when applicable)\nOpportunities for career growth and continued education\nWork in a fast-growing wellness company alongside a team dedicated to helping people recover, perform, and live healthier lives.\nAbout RECVR\nRECVR is more than a recovery lounge—we're a community built around optimizing health, recovery, and performance.
