Areas of responsibility include the maintenance, repair, and modifications of facility systems, controls and equipment, and oversight of building operations. The work environment is fast-paced, dynamic, and diverse.Key ResponsibilitiesManage capital projects, including development of Capital Appropriation Request (CAR) and supporting material, contractor selection, procurement of materials, and oversight of project to finalizationAssist in the development and management of O&M and Capital Expenditure budgetsReview the operations of the site to identify deficiencies in equipment and processes and make recommendations to improve productivity and lower costsSupport facility operations, special events and customer base by providing services while remaining within scope of corporate standards and budgetMaintain and update building drawings through AutoCAD programLiaise with the Safety & Environmental team to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulationsFlexibility to be available 24/7 in event of emergenciesMonitor Facility systems (HVAC, domestic water, fire suppression, evaporative cooling towers, structure, etc.) and submit and/or respond to work orders as necessaryManage numerous 3rd party vendors servicing the Facility -- includes RFP's, PO creation, service oversight, cost containment, problem resolution, and invoice receiptingProvide technical and hands-on assistance as needed Experience RequiredA Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 6 years of facilities, building operations and/or property management experienceIn lieu of a degree, will also consider those with a minimum of 8 years of facilities, building operations and/or property management experienceStrong technical skills and working knowledge of building automation systems, HVAC equipment, boiler house operations and general building mechanical/electrical equipmentPreferred QualificationsDemonstrated project management skills, including the ability to lead cross functional team projectsAbility to react quickly and decisively in emergency situationsAbility to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to work and communicate effectively within all levels of the organizationStrong analytical skills to manage budgetGood organizational skills to prioritize workloadExperience with SAP and MS Office - Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCADPrevious budgetary experienceEngineering or manufacturing setting experience preferredPay TransparencyThe annual salary for this role is USD $86,625.00 - $132,825.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)What We OfferWe offer dynamic career opportunities across an international landscape.
