Leasing Associate – Commercial Real EstateLocation: Massachusetts / New HampshireIn-Office: 5 days per weekPortfolio: ~3 million square feet (Office, Flex, Industrial)About the CompanyWe are a vertically integrated commercial real estate developer, owner, and operator with approximately 3 million square feet of office, flex, and industrial space across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Our team is hands-on, data-driven, and actively involved in leasing, asset management, and value creation across the portfolio. We are seeking a Leasing Associate to support our internal leasing team and play a meaningful role in driving tenant demand and deal execution.Position OverviewThe Leasing Associate will support the leasing and asset management teams with a primary focus on cold calling, market research, and brokerage coordination. This is a high-exposure role suited for someone early in their commercial real estate career who wants to learn the business from the ownership side. This position is 100% in-office, five days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing & Business DevelopmentExecute outbound cold calling campaigns to brokers and prospective tenantsMaintain and grow broker and prospect contact databasesAssist in tracking inbound leasing activity and follow-upsSupport touring efforts and proposal preparationMarket Research & AnalysisCompile and analyze market data including asking rents, lease comps, availabilities, and absorptionAssist with competitive set analysis across submarketsPrepare market snapshots and internal leasing reportsTrack deal velocity, pipeline activity, and vacancy trendsBrokerage & Internal SupportCoordinate with outside brokerage teams on listings, tours, and proposalsAssist with marketing materials, availability sheets, and pitch decksSupport senior leasing staff with LOIs, lease exhibits, and deal trackingMaintain CRM systems and internal reporting toolsQualificationsBachelor’s degree (Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred)0–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, or sales (internship experience welcomed)Strong phone presence and comfort with outbound callingAnalytical mindset with strong Excel and data-organization skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedInterest in building a long-term career in commercial real estateWhat We OfferDirect exposure to ownership, leasing strategy, and deal executionHands-on training in market analysis and landlord-side leasingOpportunity for career advancement within a growing real estate portfolioCompetitive base compensation with performance-based incentivesProfessional, collaborative, and fast-paced office environmentBenefitsFarley White offers an attractive benefits package available immediate upon hire.Includes Medical, Dental & Pre-tax Flexible Savings Account.Retirement savings program with company match.Company paid short & long-term disability, life insurance plan.Generous paid time off plan and company holidays.
