Role: IT Project Manager - Oracle Cloud MDMLocation: Atlanta, GA – OnsiteContract roleJob description:***We need someone that can hit the ground running and is proactive with day-to-day activities.***The person will be focused on the Master Data workstream within the Oracle Cloud Program.Key Responsibilities:IT Project ManagementLead end-to-end IT project delivery for Oracle Cloud MDM and related enterprise applicationsManage project execution using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies within IT governance frameworksTrack and report project status, milestones, risks, and dependencies to IT leadershipEnsure adherence to IT controls, architecture standards, and SDLC processesOracle Cloud MDM & IT Systems DeliveryManage IT delivery of Oracle Cloud MDM domains (Customer, Supplier, Product/Item, Financials)Coordinate technical design, configuration, integrations, and testing across systemsOversee data migration, data quality remediation, and environment readinessPartner with Oracle Cloud technical teams, solution architects, and system integratorsManage integrations with ERP, data warehouses, middleware platforms, and downstream applicationsStakeholder & Vendor ManagementServe as an IT point of contact for Oracle Cloud MDM initiativesCollaborate with business data owners while maintaining IT ownership of deliveryManage third-party vendors, consultants, and system integratorsFacilitate technical design reviews, sprint demos, and release readiness sessionsRisk, Security & ComplianceIdentify and mitigate IT risks related to data security, system performance, integrations, and availabilityEnsure compliance with enterprise IT security, privacy, and audit requirementsCoordinate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams on access controls, environments, and deploymentsManage change control, release planning, and post-implementation support transitionsChange Management & AdoptionPartner with IT service management and business teams on deployment and support modelsSupport training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to operations teamsEnsure solutions are production-ready and supported by IT run teamsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field5+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering enterprise systemsDirect experience managing Oracle Cloud Master Data Management implementationsStrong understanding of IT architecture, system integrations, and cloud-based applicationsExperience working within IT governance, SDLC, and change management frameworksAbility to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders effectivelyExcellent communication, documentation, and leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsPMP, ITIL, SAFe, Scrum Master, or Agile certificationsExperience with Oracle Cloud ERP and Master DataFamiliarity with data quality tools, integration platforms, or enterprise middlewareExperience leading global or large-scale IT transformation programsBackground in regulated or security-conscious environmentsKey Skills & TechnologiesOracle Cloud MDM (Customer, Supplier, Product, Financial)IT Project & Program ManagementCloud ERP & Enterprise ApplicationsData Governance & Data QualitySystems Integration & MiddlewareRisk, Security & Change ManagementVendor & Systems Integrator Management
