Mechanical Engineer (Water/Wastewater)

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with experience in water and wastewater systems to support complex infrastructure and utility projects. This role will focus on the design, review, and delivery of mechanical systems including pumps, piping, valves, filtration systems, and treatment equipment.The engineer will work on projects from design through commissioning and will collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:Design and support water/wastewater mechanical systemsDevelop and review technical documents, calculations, layouts, and equipment specificationsSupport installation, commissioning, and project handover activitiesCoordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teamsPerform technical reviews and help resolve engineering issuesMentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership when neededQualifications:Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldExperience in water, wastewater, utilities, or process industriesStrong knowledge of pumps, hydraulics, piping systems, and treatment processesExperience supporting projects in regulated or safety-critical environmentsFamiliarity with design tools such as AutoCAD, BIM, or 3D modeling is a plusStrong communication and problem-solving skills
