This individual will craft a comprehensive entrepreneurship curriculum with clear learning outcomes and practical toolkits that equip founders with essential skills in business model development, customer validation, go-to-market strategy, product road-mapping, fundraising, and intellectual property. Leveraging startup methodology, lean principles, and proven best practices in founder education, the Program Manager will keep all content relevant and impactful.\r\nAs the lead facilitator and coach, the Program Manager will deliver an engaging, results-driven experience that fosters collaboration, connects participants to valuable networks, and drives measurable growth. Through strategic oversight, relationship-building, and impactful programming, this role will position Build In Tulsa's entrepreneurs for long-term success.\r\nThis is a full-time, salaried role that requires full-time in-person attendance. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CT, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.\r\nProgram Management Duties and Responsibilities (45%)\r\nPartner with the Director of Programming to design, deliver, and implement a well-structured and high-impact accelerator program for women.\r\nExecute clear, constant, and rapid rapport with the programming director and staff to deliver a quality program for founders.\r\nManage the program administration, operations, recruitment, selection, onboarding, cohort management, offboarding, and impact reporting for each cohort.\r\nAct as first responder for the W.E. Build cohort needs, coaching, counseling, and adapting to ensure cohort members can make the most of the accelerator programming.\r\nFollow a detailed and streamlined process to ensure effective program delivery and customer service.\r\nManage curriculum focused on business development for tech and CPG companies, SOP development, leadership development, financial literacy, marketing, accounting, and legal services.\r\nRecruit, interview, and select facilitators, mentors, and vendors for the W.E. Build program.\r\nManage and supervise the W.E. Build EIR, keeping the Director of Programming informed of EIR performance.\r\nLiaise with operations on processing founder and vendor payments.\r\nManage the W.E. Build Founder Retreat and/or Conference.\r\nRecruit and schedule potential speakers and workshop leaders.\r\nManage Founder Wellness days and mental health support booking services.\r\nCoordinate program materials, including drafting briefs, recap reports, quarterly founder reports, handbooks, worksheets, and other collateral materials for Build in Tulsa programs.\r\nManage and track expenses for Build in Tulsa W.E. Build accelerator and other programming as assigned.\r\nCultivate and manage relationships with investors, grant-making institutions, corporate sponsors, and government agencies that fund women-led startups.\r\nData Management (15%)\r\nConduct pre- and post-program evaluation and follow-up in coordination with the Director of Programming, monitoring data collection and summarizing key insights for Build in Tulsa leadership and team.\r\nManage data and CRM weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually to provide comprehensive and up-to-date entrepreneur information, including tracking notes, documents, milestones, and other important information.\r\nMaintain detailed records and performance metrics on continuous cohort improvement.\r\nTrack programming development via Asana and keep the Build in Tulsa team abreast of developments.\r\nCollect stories of impact from Build in Tulsa entrepreneurs and others in the network for use on the web, social, and e-newsletter.\r\nEvent Liaison (20%)\r\nLiaise with Events & Activations on welcome dinners, reveals, demo days, and other special events.\r\nAssist in facility set-up and breakdown for programs and events.\r\nProject manage demo day on-site, ensuring needs are met for the event.\r\nOther duties as assigned.\r\nFounder Support & Coaching (20%)\r\nPartner with the Director of Programming, EIR, and Investor Relations Manager to develop company action plans.\r\nAct as a mentor and resource connector for founders, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance in business development.\r\nGuide founders through sales, GTM, and lead generation challenges.\r\nConduct and monitor weekly tracking of KPIs, dashboards, and data retrieval.\r\nDeliver support and quality customer service to maintain a positive rating of 4.5 or more on satisfaction surveys.\r\nGuide founders through program learning outcomes and opportunities.\r\nRequirements\r\nQualifications\r\nEducation & Experience\r\nBachelor's Degree preferred.\r\n3–5 years of venture acceleration programming experience.\r\nExperience leading a business accelerator, incubator, or venture acceleration highly preferred.\r\nExperience in sales, go-to-market strategies, or economic development is highly desirable.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\r\nHighly adept at personal and professional relationship management and can handle a crisis with a smile.\r\nMust be able to work some evenings and weekends.\r\nExperience with Microsoft, Google Docs, Asana, Slack, Eventbrite.\r\nPhysical Requirements\r\nMust be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.\r\nPosition continually requires the ability to talk and hear both in person and over the phone, visual acuity, ability to operate equipment, read, and use a keyboard.\r\nPosition requires sitting, or standing, and working with a computer for extended periods of time.\r\nWork Schedule and Location Requirements\r\nThis position operates in-person full-time (40 hrs/wk), Monday–Friday, with the ability to occasionally work hours outside of 8 a.m.–5 p.m. for events.\r\nOccasional need to utilize personal transportation; must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.\r\nAbout Our Benefits\r\nAs part of our overall compensation package, we offer work/life flexibility, comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, and generous retirement contributions designed to support you and your family.\r\nDetails\r\n100% employer-paid medical, dental, and long-term disability for full-time employees only.
