Join us today!\nCNC Lathe Operator is responsible for operation of the CNC Lathe machines on SWING SHIFT in a production environment. Work with formal drawings, travelers, or verbal instructions. The activities include safe operation of CNC equipment, saws, grinders, sanders, fixtures, hand tools and material handling equipment.\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities:\nOther duties and responsibilities may be assigned\n· Load and run parts on CNC Lathe machines\n· Change, tear down and setup tooling\n· Understand and follow POR\n· Apply inspection methods to measure parts and raise quality\n· Fill out Inspection first article and in process reports through SPC and MIT\n· Maintain production efficiency levels set by management\n· Keep machine tools in clean and working order\n· Complete traveler fully and accurately\n· Log in and perform daily safety checks.
