Location: Remote (Metro Detroit preferred)About Us Dawn Thomas Physical Therapy is a concierge, in-home physical therapy practice serving Metro Detroit. We provide one-on-one, Doctor of Physical Therapy-led care for individuals who value expertise, privacy, and high-quality service.We are actively building a stronger digital presence across platforms like Google Business, Nextdoor, and YouTube to support both local growth and future digital offerings.About the Role This is a part-time, execution-focused role supporting content organization, formatting, and posting across key platforms.This is not a traditional “social media manager” role. You will not be expected to create original educational content or be the voice of the brand.Instead, you will:Take existing content (videos, notes, ideas)Format it appropriately for each platformMaintain consistency and organization across channelsHelp improve workflows using modern tools, including AIThis role will begin with structured, template-based tasks and has the opportunity to grow into a more systems-oriented and strategic position over time.Key Responsibilities (Phase 1)Create and schedule Google Business Profile posts (2x/week)Create and post Nextdoor content (1x/week) using provided formatsOrganize and manage a content calendar (Google Sheets)Format captions, titles, and descriptions based on templatesRepurpose existing content across platformsUpload and format YouTube videos (titles, descriptions, playlists)Workflow & AI Optimization (Core to This Role)Use tools (including AI) to assist with formatting, drafting, and organizing contentResearch and stay current on emerging tools that improve efficiencyIdentify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasksHelp develop and refine simple workflows for content creation and postingGrowth Opportunities (Important) This role has the potential to expand beyond execution into a more strategic and growth-oriented position.As systems improve and consistency is established, there may be opportunities to:Contribute to YouTube channel growth initiativesSupport development of digital products (courses, resources)Help build scalable content systemsFor candidates who demonstrate ownership and contribute to measurable growth, there is potential for performance-based incentives or revenue-sharing opportunities tied to future digital initiatives.What You Will NOT Be Responsible ForBeing the voice of the brandCreating clinical or educational messaging independentlyFilming or appearing in contentQualificationsStrong attention to detailComfortable with Google Docs/SheetsFamiliar with social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)Organized and able to follow structured processesComfortable learning and using new tools, including AI-assisted toolsInterest in improving workflows and systemsPreferred (not required):Experience with Canva, Wix, or content scheduling toolsExposure to tools like ChatGPT, Notion, or similar platformsPT or healthcare background (student or exposure)Time Commitment & Compensation10–15 hours per week$18–25/hour OR internship-style stipend (based on experience)Who This Is a Great Fit ForMarketing or business studentsPre-PT or PT students interested in non-clinical rolesEarly-career professionals who enjoy both execution and problem-solvingIndividuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who are interested in growth and long-term opportunityTo Apply Please send:A brief introductionWhy this role interests youAny relevant experience (formal or informal)(Optional) Any tools, systems, or workflows you’ve used to improve efficiency
