Youll coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products and monitor the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.\r\nOverview\r\nLeads the development and delivery of new and upgraded products in the Production Environment, managing timelines and budgets, and driving project completion, while also fostering strong internal relationships and clear communication, with problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to guide teams effectively.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\r\nCoordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or existing products.\r\nIdentifies and quantifies risks and opportunities during daily staff meetings\r\nIdentifies issues, tracks progress, and follows through on corrective actions.\r\nManages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services.\r\nMonitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules, and monitoring budget/spending.\r\nWorks with Finance to minimize variances\r\nOrganizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints.\r\nMaintain Metrics Reports for Management Review\r\n\r\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:\r\n\r\nGeneral ability to apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.\r\nWorks on problems of limited scope.\r\nFollows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.\r\nBuilds stable working relationships internally.\r\nAbility to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.\r\nCreative, innovative responsibilities requiring advanced proactive decision-making skills.\r\nSolid knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.\r\nKnowledge of ERP Systems. (Oracle Preferred not required)\r\nExperience with Production Floor Process\r\nReceives general guidance on work.\r\nMay provide work direction to other employees, but lacks authority to discipline or reward\r\n\r\nEducation and Experience\r\n\r\nBachelor's degree or the equivalent relevant experience is required.\r\n\r\nProficiency level\r\n\r\nProficient/ Experienced\r\n\r\nSalary Note\r\nThis estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.).
