The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between IT processes and OT implementations, drive change management and ensure successful project delivery. Will have strong organizational and leadership abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to speak to all levels of stakeholders.\r\nOverview of Responsibilities\r\nProject Leadership: Manage and oversee the execution of OT and automation projects, ensuring alignment with IT standards.\r\nStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, provide regular updates and address concerns.\r\nChange Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support project initiatives. Provide training and support to teams on new processes and technologies.\r\nDocumentation and Reporting: Create detailed project documentation, including workflows, meeting notes, and deliverables. Monitor project metrics to evaluate success and areas for improvement.\r\nTechnical Oversight: Oversee the deployment of software integration layers (SIL) and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) screens.
