Senior Capacity Planner

Job Descriptiononsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Capacity Planning Analyst team. As a Capacity Planning Analyst, you will have the opportunity to lead the Global Supply chain planning and execution for onsemi’s areas that are key to onsemi’s success. Work with factories to understand specs, create a database of key parameters and increase reusability of tools. Work on creating a master tool list, CEIDs and based on roadmap drive decisions to scrap or keep tools. Collaboratively work with Industrial Engineering and Finance teams to identify and justify capacity investment opportunitiesContinuously enhance the Capacity Planning process to ensure that analysis quality and supply constraints are mitigated effectively, and efficientlyCompetenciesStrong ability to develop and maintain relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomesBusiness acumen and strong problem-solving skillsExperience with data analysis, reporting, and modeling tools is preferredExperience with collaboration with international teams including Asia is preferredExperience in Semiconductor Assembly / Test operations environment is preferredQualificationsRequirements:Minimum master’s degree in engineeringMinimum 5 years’ of relevant industry experience, semiconductor/electronics planning environment experience is preferredTechnical program management or technology development experienceSupply chain, semiconductor and process improvement experienceSelf-starter with extensive semiconductor supply chain experienceAbout Usonsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
