Branco Enterprises Inc. is 100% employee owned.\n\nPosition Summary\nBranco Enterprises is seeking a skilled Carpenter to support construction, maintenance, and repair activities across a variety of projects. This role performs a wide range of carpentry tasks including framing, installation, formwork, and finish work. The Carpenter works under the direction of the Site Superintendent and collaborates closely with other trades to deliver quality work safely and efficiently.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nConstruct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard\nRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine dimensions and material requirements\nMeasure, cut, shape, and assemble materials using hand and power tools\nInstall doors, windows, cabinets, trim, and other fixtures ensuring proper alignment and finish quality\nBuild and set concrete formwork with accurate dimensions and stability\nPerform maintenance and repair work on existing structures and fixtures\nCollaborate with other trades such as electricians, plumbers, and masons to complete projects efficiently\nLoad, unload, transport, and properly store construction materials\nMaintain tools and equipment; report damaged or malfunctioning tools to supervision\nInspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with plans and specifications\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times\nComply with all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum of 3 years of carpentry experience, preferably in commercial or residential construction\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications\nProficiency with common carpentry hand and power tools\nStrong attention to detail and quality workmanship\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nValid driver’s license\nPreferred Qualifications\n5 or more years of carpentry experience\nTechnical training, apprenticeship, or trade certification in carpentry\nExperience with concrete formwork\nExperience on commercial construction projects\n\nWork Environment / Physical Requirements\nThis position is primarily field-based and performed in outdoor and indoor construction environments. Work may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, loud noises, and heavy equipment. The role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform manual tasks. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier loads with assistance.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompensation is based on experience.
