You will gain exposure to equipment operation, process execution, material handling, documentation, and continuous improvement while helping support safe operations and on-time delivery.\nWhat you'll do\nProgram, load, operate, and troubleshoot automated equipment.\nExecute administrative and asset maintenance tasks across the factory, including equipment repair, calibration schedules, cycle counts, consumables stocking, and similar activities.\nPerform material management tasks, including receipt, movement, and shipping.\nMaintain a clean and organized production area.\nSafely handle chemicals and chemical processing equipment.\nHelp develop and optimize production processes and procedures.\nSupport safe operations, conformance to requirements, and on-time delivery of hardware.\nFollow all procedures and instructions, with specific attention to correct use of PPE and awareness of potential hazards.\nSupport production uptime, equipment readiness, and reliable day-to-day factory execution.\nWhat you'll need\nAttention to detail and a safety-focused mindset.\nStrong communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate with peers, engineers, and leadership.\nPassion for manufacturing and willingness to learn.\nMust be able to work full-time, W2, onsite in El Segundo, CA.\nThis role may require access to ITAR-controlled technical data. Candidates must be currently authorized to access ITAR-controlled information as a U.S. person, including as a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience working from controlled documentation such as procedures, drawings, work instructions, or similar materials.\nProficiency with Windows and mobile platforms for task tracking.\nExperience working in an industrial manufacturing, precision manufacturing, or high-volume manufacturing environment.\nDemonstrated experience operating and maintaining industrial equipment.\nExperience operating a pallet jack, forklift, or other related logistics equipment.\nAdditional requirements\nMust be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.\nStanding for long periods of time, climbing up and down stairs, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required to perform the functions of this position.\nMust be able to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.\nMust be able to climb ladders and stairs.\nMust be willing to operate a pallet jack, forklift, and other related logistics equipment.\nCompensation\nPlease note that the compensation information below is a general guideline.
