This unique role combines design technology, product data management and furniture specification support to ensure our dealers, designers, sales teams and customers have the digital tools they need to successfully specify and sell HAT products.\n\nIf you enjoy working with CET, Configura, Revit, electronic catalogs, product data and emerging design technologies, and want to make a measurable impact on a growing manufacturer, this could be the perfect opportunity.\n\nHow You'll Make an Impact\nBased in our Easton, PA headquarters, you'll serve as the subject matter expert for HAT's digital design ecosystem while partnering with Design, Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, Sales and external software providers to continually improve the customer experience.\n\nDesign Technology & Digital Tools\nManage and maintain HAT's digital specification platforms, including CET, Configura, electronic catalogs, Revit content, Cyncly and related design technologies.\nEnsure product configurations, finishes, pricing and specifications remain accurate across all digital platforms.\nCoordinate software releases, catalog updates, testing and ongoing enhancements.\nMaintain the integrity of digital product data, libraries, symbols, materials and configuration assets.\nProduct Data & Systems\nPartner with Engineering and Product Development to translate new products and engineering changes into digital specification tools.\nManage file conversions, integrations and digital assets used across Sales, Design, Marketing and Product Development.\nIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, automation and user experience throughout HAT's digital ecosystem.\nHelp shape the future of HAT's design technology strategy by evaluating emerging software and industry trends.\nSpecification & Design Support\nProvide furniture specification support and technical assistance to the Design team to help meet project deadlines.\nAssist with furniture layouts, specification documentation and drawing production as needed.\nTroubleshoot specification, software and catalog issues while working closely with internal teams and software partners.\nDevelop standards, documentation and best practices that improve consistency and efficiency.\nCollaboration & Training\nServe as the primary liaison between HAT and software partners, including Configura, Cyncly and other technology providers.\nTrain and support internal employees, dealer partners, designers and sales representatives on HAT's digital design tools.\nCollaborate across departments to ensure digital tools continue to support business growth and an exceptional customer experience.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for someone who enjoys combining technology, design and problem-solving to create outstanding digital experiences for customers and internal teams.\nQualifications:\nExperience working with CET (Configura) is strongly preferred.\nKnowledge of commercial furniture specification and dealer workflows.\nExperience with Revit, AutoCAD, electronic catalogs, product configuration tools or similar design technologies.\nFamiliarity with platforms such as Cyncly, CAP, Giza, 20|20 Worksheet or related software is highly desirable.\nExperience managing digital product data, specification tools or configuration software.\nStrong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.\nInterior Design education or equivalent experience within the commercial furniture industry is strongly preferred.\nWorking knowledge of furniture specification, space planning, architectural drawings and commercial interiors.\n\nWhy You'll Love This Role\nBecome the technology expert behind HAT's growing digital product ecosystem.\nWork with leading specification and visualization platforms used throughout the commercial furniture industry.\nInfluence the future of HAT's digital customer experience and specification strategy.\nCollaborate with talented professionals across Design, Engineering, Marketing, Product Development and Sales.\nJoin a growing organization where your ideas and technical expertise will have a direct impact.\n\nWho We Are\nHAT is a rapidly growing manufacturer of monitor mounting solutions, height-adjustable tables and other ergonomic office products.
