{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"d632610ebf96d87c2a3e5647","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/d632610ebf96d87c2a3e5647","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/d632610ebf96d87c2a3e5647","title":"Systems Engineer With Display System Experience","description":"Title: Systems Engineer With Display System Experience\nLocation: Phoenix, AZ 85027 Onsite\nWe can consider ex-employees of Honeywell preferably\nPosition Overview\nWe are looking for a highly skilled Systems Engineer with strong capabilities in the Displays domain to join our innovative aerospace engineering team.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the systems engineering activities for cockpit and Cabin Display Systems, including requirements analysis, architecture development, integration, and verification.\nDefine, document, and manage system requirements for display technologies, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and customer specifications.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, human factors, and certification engineers to develop robust display solutions.\nPerform trade studies, risk assessments, and technical analyses to optimize system performance, reliability, and safety.\nSupport system integration and troubleshooting throughout the development lifecycle, including lab and flight testing.\nInterface with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to address technical inquiries and ensure successful project outcomes.\nContribute to the development and refinement of display-related processes, tools, and best practices.\nQualifications & Skills\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on aerospace display systems (cockpit or cabin displays, avionics visualization, etc.).\nStrong knowledge of systems engineering processes (requirements management, architecture, integration, verification/validation).\nExpertise in display technologies (LCD, OLED, LED, touch interfaces) and relevant aerospace protocols (ARINC, MIL-STD, DO-178/DO-254).\nFamiliarity with safety-critical systems, human-machine interface design, and regulatory certification processes (FAA/EASA).\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\nExperience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and related tools is a plus.\nAbility to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.\nPreferred Experience\nDevelopment and integration of cockpit display systems in commercial or military aircraft.\nParticipation in certification activities for avionics display systems.\nExperience with rapid prototyping and advanced visualization technologies.\nJob Type: Contract\nPay: $53.89 -
