This role involves overseeing the planning, scheduling, estimating, and management of construction projects. The selected candidate will lead and coordinate a team, directing their tasks and ensuring adherence to project guidelines and instructions.\nThe ideal candidate should possess an unwavering commitment to safety, strong personal initiative, excellent planning and problem-solving capabilities, and effective people skills. Loenbro is a rapidly growing company seeking individuals eager to advance their careers.\nEssential Job Responsibilities Supervise daily work of employees.\nVerifies conformance of finished work product.\nEnsures that all employees within the job receive proper training in operating machines they will be using.\nResponsible for the successful completion of all activities.\nEnsure all tasks are completed with the highest level of safety.\nAssist in the implementation of QA/QC programs.\nMinimum Qualifications Required Minimum 5+ years as a Foreman in the Industrial construction industry.\nEngineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.\nConstruction background.\nAbility to meet fast-paced, changing schedules and priorities.\nPreferred Fabrication shop exp. is preferred.\nStrong awareness of industry recommended practices, OSHA requirements, equipment, and QA/QC.\nMicrosoft Office and Microsoft Projects proficiency.\nValid driver’s license.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
