Specifically, it offers household, property, and specialty asset services.Position Overview:This private company is seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Captain responsible for the Pilatus PC-24 and PC-12. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, leadership, and the ability to adapt to changes and challenges. You must demonstrate a high level of organization, a strong customer service orientation, and exceptional attention to detail, while consistently delivering a polished, professional client experience.The Captain is responsible for the safe operation of the Pilatus PC-24 and PC-12 aircraft in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration Part 91 rules and regulations, as well as Operational Specifications and Standard Operating Procedures. The Captain is accountable for conducting flights safely, comfortably, and prudently, including pre-flight planning, post-flight documentation, in-flight client service, and maintenance tracking.Key ResponsibilitiesFlight Operations & Compliance:Ensure compliance with all applicable FAA, Foreign State, and ICAO regulationsOperate under the Company Operations Manual, Safety Management System, Standard Operating Procedures, and International Operations ManualDetermine the airworthiness of aircraft, including performance capabilities and requirements; calculate required fuel load; and aircraft weight and balanceEnsure the preflight and post-flight inspections are performedFormulate and file flight plansComplete all trip paperwork promptlyUtilization of Flight Management systemsAdministrative:Closely communicate across the organization regarding flight plans, ground transportation, and other travel needsEnsure the Principal Passengers and their guests enjoy a safe and comfortable flight experience, including:Load and unload passenger luggage, including tracking luggageOrganize and restock the plane with necessary snacks, drinks, and supplies before each flightMaintain financial expenditure receipts and promptly input them into accounting systemAssist with international trip planningAdditional duties as requiredQualifications:Pilatus PC-24/PC-12 PIC Type Rating (type rating provided for well-qualified candidates)Hour Requirement3,500+ hours total flight time1,500 hours as PIC1,000+ hours turbojet or turbine PIC time2,000+ hours of fixed-wing multi-engineCurrent Airline Transport Pilot CertificateCurrent First-Class Medical CertificateValid passport and ability to travel internationallyFlexible with changing schedules and hoursDemonstrated leadership capabilityStrong communication skills, detail-oriented, with unwavering professionalismPassion for aviation safety and personal serviceCharacteristics for Success:Ability to act as a trusted advisor while demonstrating expertise and integrityYou are helpful, a team player, and show respect while collaborating with othersYou are results-oriented and exercise sound judgment in your workAn inquisitive lifelong learner who solves problems with bold thinking and innovationA visionary who plans with imagination and wisdomDedicated to achieving excellence and working with others to tackle the tasksPhysical Demands:The Captain must meet the physical demands described here to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
